How to Clean Sports Bandages?
1. If the bandage is light-colored, it is recommended to add detergent to water and let it soak for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, gently rub and wash it by hand from one end to the other. If the bandage is dark-colored, soaking is not necessary; simply rub and wash it gently by hand from end to end.

2. After scrubbing, rinse the bandage thoroughly with clean water from end to end. Generally, rinsing 2 to 3 times is sufficient, or until no residual suds remain in the water.

3. After rinsing, unroll the bandage and lay it out to dry. If there are any creases or wrinkles, be sure to smooth them out completely; otherwise, once the bandage dries, these creases may interfere with its proper use.

What Precautions Should Be Taken During Cleaning?
1. Bandages should not be washed together with other clothing. Since bandages are relatively long, they can easily tangle into a knot, resulting in neither the clothes nor the bandage being cleaned effectively. Furthermore, this increases the risk of color bleeding between the items; additionally, the Velcro fasteners on the bandage can easily snag on-and potentially damage-clothing made of fuzzy or delicate fabrics.

2. Bandages should not be washed while bunched up in a ball; instead, it is recommended to wash them section by section. If twisted into a ball, certain areas may not get cleaned thoroughly. Moreover, if the Velcro accidentally sticks to random parts of the bandage, peeling it off can cause the fabric to fray and may also compromise the adhesive strength of the Velcro itself.

3. It is crucial to rinse the bandage thoroughly after washing. If any residue from laundry detergent, washing powder, or soap remains on the fabric, the combination of these residues and sweat from your hands during your next workout could trigger skin irritation, redness, or itching.
